Social value is central to our approach.

This report showcases a selection of recent initiatives that reflect our commitment to community engagement, education and support for local organisations. From the Ringside Revival project in Maidstone - helping secure the future of a vital boxing club for young people - to employment and training pathways that enable local residents to build long-term careers in construction, we are proud of the meaningful outcomes we deliver.

We also recognise the importance of collaboration and transparency. We regularly invite councillors, residents, schools and stakeholders onto our sites, creating open forums to ask questions, share feedback and help shape design. Drop-in sessions, stakeholder tours and community information events ensure our developments are informed by local voices. 

Education and skills are another cornerstone of our programme. From secondary school placements and creative art collaborations to higher-education partnerships with Mid Kent College providing 300+ hours of supervised T-Level experience, we inspire the next generation and create clear routes into rewarding construction careers.

We are equally committed to supporting the wider community through charitable contributions, foodbank donations, grassroots sports sponsorships and material support for faith and community groups. Whether providing art supplies, building mud kitchens, or donating
construction materials, these actions deliver immediate, practical help while reinforcing long-term community strength.

Together, these examples demonstrate that social value is not an add-on but an integral part of how we work. By partnering with local authorities, schools, charities and residents, we deliver projects that provide homes and create places of opportunity, resilience and pride.
