Building More Than Projects: Supporting Teenage Cancer Trust

At Skillcrown, we believe that creating a positive impact extends beyond the projects we deliver.  Supporting charitable initiatives and community events is an important part of our commitment to social value.

We recently proudly took part in a two-hour endurance karting event at Buckmore Park in support of Teenage Cancer Trust.  The event brought together businesses from across the construction sector to raise vital funds for a charity that provides specialist care and support to young people facing cancer.

Skillcrown entered two teams, *Built by Skillcrown* and *Full Throttle QS*, with colleagues coming together for an evening of teamwork, friendly competition and fundraising.  We were delighted that the Built by Skillcrown team secured first place, but the real achievement was contributing to a cause that makes a meaningful difference to the lives of young people and their families.

The event also provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships across our industry while raising much-needed funds for Teenage Cancer Trust and increase awareness of the vital services they provide.

By supporting initiatives such as this, Skillcrown continues to play an active role in giving back to the communities we serve and supporting organisations that deliver lasting social impact.
