Building community foundations

We understand that churches and faith-based organisations often sit at the heart of local life, providing not only spiritual guidance but also a wide range of essential services that support and strengthen communities. That is why we were recently proud to donate a selection of building materials to two community church groups - St. Martin’s Church in Maidstone and the Church of Christ in Balham. 

Both of these institutions play a vital role in their neighbourhoods, offering spaces for worship, community gatherings, social support and charitable activities that make a tangible difference in people’s lives. From food banks and youth programmes to pastoral care and outreach services, they provide safe, welcoming environments that many families rely on, particularly during times of hardship. 

By providing building materials, we are helping these churches to maintain, repair and improve their facilities, ensuring they remain accessible and fit for purpose for years to come. Whether it is through refurbishment, upgrades or ongoing maintenance, these contributions enable the churches to continue delivering services that directly benefit local residents
