Community-led artwork brings colour to our High Street, Wanstead development

Creating lasting impact means being involved in the communities where we work, not simply delivering projects within them.

Our Land & Development Director, Matt Arnold, has been appointed to Maidstone’s Pride in Place Neighbourhood Board as one of its business representatives.

The Board brings together residents, community organisations, councillors, housing providers, education representatives and local businesses to help shape how up to £20 million of investment is directed across Park Wood, Senacre, Mangravet and parts of Loose and Linton over the next ten years.

Matt will bring Skillcrown’s experience of development, regeneration and partnership working to the Board, helping to turn local priorities into projects that are practical, deliverable and capable of creating a lasting benefit.

The appointment reflects our wider belief that regeneration works best when local communities are involved in shaping change.  Across our projects, we continue to work closely with residents, local authorities, schools, charities and community organisations to ensure that the impact of development extends well beyond the homes we build.
