We are committed to continuing our active engagement with local secondary schools and young people. We provide a range of opportunities designed to build awareness of the construction industry and inspire future careers. These include office and site-based placements for pupils, careers presentations and participation in employability events. Through these initiatives, we aim to spark interest, develop skills and encourage the next generation to consider rewarding careers in construction.
