Inside Housing Development Awards | Waldram Crescent Finalist Recognition

Last night, the Skillcrown team had the pleasure of attending the Inside Housing Development Awards at the InterContinental O2 in London.  It was a fantastic evening celebrating the very best in UK housing delivery and recognising the projects and teams raising standards across the sector.

While we didn’t take home the trophy on this occasion, we are extremely proud that Waldram Crescent, Lewisham was shortlisted as a finalist in the category Best Shared Ownership Development – Urban.  Being recognised alongside such a strong field of projects is an achievement in itself and a testament to the quality and ambition of the scheme.

Waldram Crescent comprises 22 high-quality shared ownership apartments, with a children’s day nursery at ground floor, located just a short walk from Forest Hill Station.  The development was carefully designed with a strong focus on sustainability, accessibility and long-term resilience, creating homes that meet the needs of residents both now and in the future while contributing positively to the surrounding neighbourhood.

We would like to thank Inside Housing for the recognition and more importantly, extend our sincere thanks to everyone involved in bringing Waldram Crescent to life - our project teams, consultants, delivery partners and the local community.  Collaboration has been central to the success of this scheme and we are proud of what has been achieved together.
