Waldram Crescent, Lewisham

The scheme comprises the design and construction of 22 affordable apartments for PA Housing, delivered for shared ownership, together with a ground-floor children’s day nursery.  The development was completed in May 2024 and is located in close proximity to Forest Hill Station.
