White Oak, Swanley

Skillcrown is working in partnership with Sevenoaks District Council to deliver the White Oak residential development in Swanley.  The scheme will transform a brownfield site at the former White Oak Leisure Centre car park into a high-quality new neighbourhood that complements the surrounding townscape and recently completed leisure facilities.

The development will deliver a total of 60 new homes, comprising 15 three-bedroom family houses and a four-storey apartment building providing 45 one and two bedroom apartments.  The scheme has been designed around a landscape-led approach, with a central green ‘heart’ space, enhanced pedestrian connections and retained ecological corridors to support biodiversity and resident wellbeing.

Located on Hilda May Avenue, the project represents a significant investment in the future of Swanley, providing much-needed new homes while completing the street frontage and strengthening links between residential, leisure and community uses.
