This exciting scheme will see the creation of a four-storey mixed-use development on previously vacant land, providing 24 much-needed shared ownership residential units alongside a children’s day nursery on the ground floor.

The project also includes the introduction of a landscaped area to the rear, which will be handed over to the local council and integrated into the much-loved Christchurch Green Park, enhancing the local public realm.

The site, once home to a pair of semi-detached houses before their demolition in the 1960s, has stood unused for decades.  This new development will bring the land back into productive use, delivering a wide range of planning and regeneration benefits to the community.
