Dorrington Gardens, Hornchurch

Skillcrown is working with Mercury Land Holdings, the London Borough of Havering’s development company, to deliver the Dorrington Gardens residential scheme in Hornchurch.  The project will transform an existing car park site into 34 high-quality new homes, comprising a mix of 10 one-bedroom apartments, 12 two-bedroom apartments and 12 three-bedroom semi-detached houses, supported by a landscape-led design and high-quality public realm.
