Welcoming Maidstone Borough Council to Fielding Park, Shepway

We were pleased to welcome Councillor Stuart Jeffery, Leader of Maidstone Borough Council, to Fielding Park in Shepway yesterday, alongside our partners Golding Homes, to see first-hand the progress being made on this important regeneration scheme.

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase the ongoing works across Phases One and Two, highlighting the collaborative approach being taken to deliver high-quality new homes while supporting the long-term regeneration of the area.   We are proud to be working in partnership with Golding Homes and Maidstone Borough Council to bring forward a development that responds to local needs and creates lasting value for the community.

Following the site visit, we also welcomed Councillor Stuart Jeffery to Maidstone Amateur Boxing Club, where we were able to demonstrate the wider social impact of our Ringside Revival project.  This initiative is a strong example of how regeneration extends beyond the delivery of homes, supporting local facilities, creating opportunities for young people and strengthening the wider community.

The visit reflected a shared ambition between Skillcrown and Golding Homes to deliver inclusive neighbourhoods, underpinned by meaningful social value and a positive, long-term legacy.
