Skillcrown is pleased to have signed contracts with Maidstone Borough Council to deliver Granville Road Phase 2, continuing its strong and successful partnership with the Council.

The appointment marks another important step in Skillcrown’s wider Maidstone programme and builds on the progress already made at Granville Road Phase 1. The next phase will continue the positive transformation of Granville Road, bringing underused land back into productive use and delivering high-quality new affordable homes for local people.

Granville Road Phase 2 forms part of Maidstone Borough Council’s ongoing commitment to increasing the supply of affordable housing across the borough. The scheme will help provide much-needed new homes while improving the appearance, quality and long-term use of the local area.

Skillcrown has already developed a strong working relationship with Maidstone Borough Council and calfordseaden through a number of affordable housing projects in Maidstone. This latest appointment reflects the continued trust placed in Skillcrown to deliver well-managed, high-quality developments in partnership with public sector clients.

Salik Osman, Skillcrown Managing Director, said “We are delighted to have signed contracts with Maidstone Borough Council for Granville Road Phase 2. This is another important project within our Maidstone programme and we are proud to continue our partnership with MBC and calfordseaden. Granville Road is a great example of how underused land can be brought forward to deliver much-needed affordable homes. We look forward to working collaboratively with the Council, calfordseaden and the wider project team to deliver homes that make a real difference for local people.”

Skillcrown would like to thank the team at Maidstone Borough Council for their continued trust and calfordseaden for their ongoing support and collaborative approach.

We look forward to sharing further updates on the project as it progresses.
