Skillcrown Homes hit the ground running in 2013

On behalf of Moat Housing, Skillcrown Homes have begun the demolition of West Kingsdown’s former village hall and the construction of 4 x 2 bedroom and 2 x 1 bedroom apartments in the Sevenoaks borough

Land Director Kevin Clark said: “Skillcrown Homes were brought in at a very early stage to help facilitate the purchase and assist with negotiations with the land owners.  Despite some complications and planning issues, this did not deter Moat or Skillcrown, together we worked hard to iron out all the issues and eventually we were able to secure the project”.
