Skillcrown Donates Essential Kitchen Starter Packs to Support Bromley Homeless

At Skillcrown, we are proud to support the communities in which we live and work.  This week, we donated a collection of essential kitchen starter packs to local charity Bromley Homeless, helping individuals as they move from temporary accommodation into permanent homes.

Each starter pack includes everyday essentials such as kettles, saucepans, frying pans, crockery and cooking utensils - practical items that many of us take for granted, but which make a significant difference when setting up a new home from scratch.  For individuals transitioning out of homelessness, these basic necessities can help turn accommodation into a place of comfort, stability and dignity.

Bromley Homeless provides emergency accommodation and ongoing support to people experiencing homelessness across the borough.  Through shelter provision, casework support and assistance in securing sustainable housing, the charity plays a vital role in helping individuals rebuild their lives and move towards long-term independence.

The handover took place at Bromley United Reformed Church on Widmore Road, where Bromley Homeless is based, marking a meaningful partnership as part of our wider social value programme.
