Building contract secured in Croydon with Home Group

In the past three months 4 new projects have been secured to develop 112 units over the next 18 months for three Registered Providers.

• Merton Garages - Invited to tender for 14 units on behalf of Circle housing, contracts were secured in earlyAugust
• Plumstead - A contract for 36 houses and 6 flats all for Affordable Housing was secured in June on behalf of Hexagon Housing.
• Deptford - In September contracts were exchanged and completed within 5 weeks with Affinity Sutton to provide a development of 58 apartments (43 Shared Ownership and 15 Affordable Rent)

Land and Business Development Director, Kevin Clark said 'Although 2014 has seen an overall improvement to the market, it has brought other challenges.
