Park Road, Hackbridge completed for Sutton Housing

In the summer of 2014, Skillcrown Homes Ltd were invited to tender by Bailey Garner to construct an over 55’s development of 12 apartments on behalf of Sutton Housing Society Ltd

We were successful in our tender and contracts were agreed. Possession was taken early in January 2015.
