Skillcrown was pleased to join Maidstone Borough Council at Corbens Place for the official opening of Len Martin Court, with Cllr Simon Wales and Cllr Jefferies cutting the ribbon to mark the completion of the first phase of the development.

Len Martin Court provides 24 one and two-bedroom apartments, all delivered as affordable homes for Maidstone Borough Council. The scheme also includes associated parking and landscaping, creating a high-quality new residential development for local people.

The opening marks another important step in MBC’s wider programme to increase the supply of affordable housing across the borough. For the residents moving into Len Martin Court, the scheme provides more than just new accommodation. It offers the opportunity to settle, put down roots and build a future in Maidstone.

Skillcrown is incredibly proud of the strong working relationship built with Maidstone Borough Council and calfordseaden. Seeing that partnership translate into completed homes for local residents is exactly what makes projects such as Corbens Place so rewarding.

We would like to thank everyone involved in bringing the first phase forward and getting the scheme to completion.

Work is already continuing on the next phase at Corbens Place, while Granville Road is also progressing as part of the wider programme of affordable housing delivery across Maidstone.
