Contract Signed | White Oak, Swnaley

We are pleased to confirm that Skillcrown has now formally exchanged contracts with Sevenoaks District Council to deliver the White Oak residential development in Swanley.

The project will transform a brownfield site at the former White Oak Leisure Centre car park into a high-quality new residential scheme, delivering 60 new homes.  This includes a mix of 15 three-bedroom family houses alongside a four-storey apartment building providing 45 one- and two-bedroom apartments.  The development has been designed around a strong landscape-led approach, incorporating a central green heart space, enhanced pedestrian connections and improved biodiversity.

The scheme represents an important investment in the future of Swanley, complementing the recently completed leisure centre and strengthening links between residential, community and leisure uses in this edge-of-town location.

With contracts now in place, Skillcrown is progressing into detailed design and preparing to commence works on site.  We look forward to working in close partnership to deliver a high-quality residential development that will provide long-term benefits for the local community.
