Contract Signed | Phase 2, Corbens Place, Maidstone

Skillcrown is pleased to announce the signing of a new contract with Maidstone Borough Council for Phase 2 of the Corbens Place development, further strengthening our successful and collaborative partnership.

Phase 2 will involve the demolition of the former warehouse buildings and the construction of 19 new houses and 4 maisonettes, located just off Tonbridge Road in Maidstone.  The new phase sits directly to the rear of our current Corbens Place site, where construction is progressing well and new homes are already taking shape.

This latest award reinforces our growing relationship with Maidstone Borough Council.  Across four active sites, Skillcrown is now delivering a total of 106 new homes on behalf of the Council, helping to provide high-quality, affordable housing for local residents across the borough.

The continued expansion of our secured pipeline reflects both the strength of our delivery capability and the trust placed in us by our partners.  Our focus remains on building long-term relationships with Local Authorities and Registered Providers, working collaboratively to deliver well-designed, sustainable developments that meet local housing needs.

We look forward to progressing the detailed design for Phase 2 and working closely with the Council and local stakeholders to bring another thoughtfully designed scheme forward, contributing positively to the Maidstone community.
