Contract Signed | Dorrington Gardens, Hornchurch

We are pleased to start 2026 by confirming that Skillcrown has formally signed the contract with Mercury Land Holdings, the London Borough of Havering’s development company, to deliver the Dorrington Gardens residential scheme in Hornchurch.

The project will transform an existing car park site into 34 high-quality new homes, delivering a balanced mix of apartments and family housing.  The scheme is underpinned by a landscape-led design approach and will provide high-quality public realm that integrates positively with the surrounding neighbourhood.

We would like to thank Mercury Land Holdings and the wider project team for their collaboration and continued support to date.  With the contract now in place, we are moving straight into detailed design and preparing to take the project forward on site.
