Petition for the Eltham Town FC redevelopment

Since the beginning of the year the Skillcrown team has been busy preparing for a planning application for the redevelopment of Eltham Town FC. The project includes new housing, which is paramount in funding a new state-of-the-art clubhouse. And now, with the planning application being considered by the Royal Borough of Greenwich (RBG) we are drumming up support to help get the green light on the build.

We first began raising awareness of the project at a public consultation, held at the existing clubhouse in February. This was important to show local residents the current condition of the club and present plans for its transformation, as well as 21 new affordable homes. The turnout was fantastic and the feedback was extremely positive, which helped form part of the planning application.

Today we need your support for the development and help influence the decision, which we anticipate will be made by late September. This means we still have time to make a difference. Simply sign this petition to help us get a positive outcome. Without this project, the condition of Eltham Town FC facilities will continue to deteriorate and could prevent new talent from joining the team.

Kevin Clark, Land & Business Director at Skillcrown comments, “It is very important to get this project approved to safeguard the future of the club. The new homes will help generate the funds needed to deliver the new facilities so we urge residents and Eltham Town FC fans to sign the petition and show their support for a much needed development.”
