Skillcrown recognised for supporting St Christopher’s Hospice charity

Here at Skillcrown we are delighted to have received Gold Business Partner 2017 status from St Christopher’s Hospice in recognition of our donations to the local charity. Over the past 12 months Skillcrown has raised the sum of £6,097, contributing to the Hospice’s provision of the best possible care for its patients.

“We are proud to be supporting St Christopher’s Hospice,” says Salik Osman, Managing Director at Skillcrown. “As a local company, we are passionate about helping local charities and the work St Christopher’s Hospice does is extremely important, at such a difficult time for patients and their family’s lives”.

In acknowledgement of its support, we have been awarded a Gold Business Partner certificate by Leo Thon, Corporate Fundraiser at St Christopher’s Hospice. Leo states, “We would like to thank Skillcrown for its support and money raised for the hospice. We could not continue to provide our specialist palliative care and family care services free of charge without this sort of help from local businesses. We are therefore delighted to recognise Skillcrown as a Gold Business Partner for 2017.”

Salik Osman concludes, “We will be continuing to support the charity throughout 2017 through regular donations, and look forward to attending St Christopher’s 50th Anniversary celebrations in the summer.”

St Christopher’s provides care and support to over 6,000 people across South East London, both at home and in the hospice. Its vision is of a world in which all dying people and those close to them have access to the care they need, when and whenever they need it, offering social, emotional and spiritual needs as well as helping manage physical symptoms.
