Celebrating Completion at The Folio, Sidcup

It was a pleasure to meet BexleyCo Homes and The Acorn Group at The Folio, Sidcup last week, showing Councillor David Leaf and Councillor Cafer Munur around the finished development.

The project was completed a few weeks ago and it’s great to see the building ready for residents to move in – just in time for Christmas.  We’re proud to have helped deliver high-quality, much-needed homes for the local community.

Delivered in close partnership with BexleyCo Homes, The Folio provides 32 one, two and three bedroom apartments on the former Sidcup Library site.  It’s been rewarding to share the completed scheme and reflect on the strong collaboration that brought it over the line.
