We are proud to share our latest Building Beyond Homes: Our Impact report – a reflection of how Skillcrown continues to deliver positive change that goes far beyond construction.

The report showcases the many ways our projects create lasting value for people and communities.  From supporting local employment and apprenticeships to helping schools, charities and community groups, each initiative demonstrates our belief that building homes also means building opportunity, connection and pride.

Highlights include:-

  • Ringside Revival, where Skillcrown and Golding Homes are helping secure the future of Maidstone Amateur Boxing Club for local young people.

  • Building Knowledge, Building Futures, our ongoing partnership with Mid Kent College delivering over 300 hours of T-Level experience for construction students.

  • Community creativity projects, including artwork collaborations with local schools and SEND learners, transforming site hoardings and public spaces into vibrant displays of local talent.

  • Grassroots support, from donating food and materials to local charities and churches, to sponsoring Nexgen Football Club in Beckenham.

Together, these stories reflect our commitment to social value and to leaving every community stronger than when we arrived.
